Ive been using this for about a month and so far my hair is definitely in better shape then before. I think I have type 4 hair but it's not as kinky so maybe 4a? Anyway my hair is always dry so I started using this to wash my hair instead of regular shampoo. There is a big difference. Great customer service too.
