If you are not satisfied with your product, simply call 1-833-424-7683 to request a full refund or to receive a replacement product of equal or greater value.
All returns must occur within 30-days of your original purchase.
If requesting a refund for a defective product, you will be required to send the unused portion to our mailing address (PO BOX 18212, Fairfield, OH 45018) before a refund can be issued.
If you are simply unhappy with the product and you have contacted customer service within 30-days of your purchase, a full refund will be issued immediately. Please be aware, that a customer may only request a refund once for the same product within a year. For example, if you purchase the Hydration Mist and you are unhappy with it the first time, we will issue a full refund. However, if you purchase the Hydration Mist again (within a year of your last purchase) we will not issue a refund (even if it is within 30-days of your purchase).
Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear back in your account.
If you choose the free shipping option, your order will be mailed using USPS First Class Mail service. When this service is not available, USPS 2-day Priority Mail will be used. Tracking is available when available. If available, your tracking number will be sent to the email address you entered when you placed the order.
